Amazing Touch: Non Surgical Mole Removal (The story of a mole)

I once read a statement that people with more number of moles tend to have longer lives. I don’t know what the explanation behind this too, and if it’s true, who knows?

Mole or nevus is normal outgrowths from the skin which does not serve any function in the body. Well at least that’s what science believe because a number of people believe that a mole plays a significant role in one’s life. Depending on the location, a mole can either bring a good luck (swerte) or bad luck (malas) to one’s life. When I was still I kid, I remember that my mother told us that our father (rest in peace papa) have moles in both sides of his shoulder, therefore he’s destined to carry all the responsibilities and problems in the family.
Another is if you have mole in your head, you’re a smart one (ahemm..I have one =), if the mole is located in your feet, you would love to go anywhere, and most of the time, you won’t be in the house and etc and etc and etc…

I, in particular have a mole in the right cheek which is approximately 0.5 mm – 1 mm in diameter. I don’t really have a strong belief that it could either bring me a good or bad luck so I just leave it as it is since aside from the fact that it’s already a part of my personality , I also believe that it’s a part of my charm (just what I believe ^_^). Medical literature would also say that a mole with smaller size have smaller risk of developing into malignancy, so I should not worry about it, though I still have to be a little watchful.

My husband has a special case. Years before, he told me that someone told him that his
mole which is located in the upper part of his lip, adjacent to his nostril can bring him good luck. But just a few days ago, he decided to have it removed because his mole is actually becoming more uncomfortable. Aside from it somehow affects his self esteem (it’s big and really noticeable), he would also feel itchiness and pain at times, especially when touched.

The fact that the mole is located in the very visible are in the face makes it more uncomfortable and troubling and the size is also considerably big. I’ve read that a mole which is the size of a pencil eraser have a higher risk of developing into melanoma, a rare but very serious type of skin cancer.

I haven’t yet read a book which says that having lots of mole is hereditary, but I just noticed that most of them in the family have many of moles which are mostly located either in the facial area or in the head.

As far as I know, there are 2 options on how to demole, the surgical and the non-surgical procedures. Since we don’t want it to be bloody, my husband chose for the second option. For many years now, he would always ask my opinion if it’s okay to use the services of RCC Amazing Touch since he had seen their flyers and he was greatly encourage by the feedback he heard about this product. This product is a Filipino invention and it has already earned a lot of recognition, not only in the country but also internationally, so there’s no reason for us to doubt or to worry.

Finally, we went to one of their clinic located at the lower ground floor of SM city Iloilo and we had him assessed and evaluated. Their clinic technician measured the diameter of his mole (around 5mm) and also told us that it is located in “T-zone”, therefore the treatment will be more expensive. We paid for around php 8, 000 for the treatment and after care products.

The procedure lasted for around 15 minutes, which really bloodless but not really painless as you can still feel some stinging sensation in the area being treated and it’s very tolerable. They claim that the product they used in made from cashew nut oil and it’s very effective and safe.

After the procedure, his mole looked the same, though there’s some redness surrounding the mole. He did not feel any pain after. They told us that mole normally fall off in 3-5 days (don’t remove it, just let it fall off), but since his mole is big, it would take around 7 days. The area should not be washed in 3-7 hours probably to prevent the drug from washing off and allow it to exert its effectiveness. We need also need to go for a follow up checkup after 7 days.

They prescribed aftercare products which includes the following:

A Glycerin soap in order to keep the skin moisturized. They says that that it can suit for all skin types, but most especially for dry, sensitive skin. The soap is colorless, foamy and scentless and very mild for the skin.

Glycerine Soap

The facial lotion (150 ml) is an antibacterial facial cleaner which contains clindamycin and thymus peptides. It claims that it helps clear up blemished skin. It can be applied in the whole face, but most especially in the mole itself and in the surrounding skin. It stings a little bit when applied.
Facial Lotion

The last one is the skin antibiotic Drying cream (5 g). It’s a topical antibiotic and should be applied very thinly on the skin because it might cause redness of otherwise. You can use cotton buds in applying it to the affected area.

Drying Cream

These products should be applied in order: glycerin soap, facial lotion and then skin drying cream. It should be applied twice a day, in the morning and upon retiring at night.

After care products: Glycerine soap, Facial lotion and Drying cream

Mole at day 3

We observed that after a few hours, some liquid oozed out of the mole. It the dried and became a brownish flakes when he woke up in the morning. We also noticed that the mole shrunk and as if it could fall off when touched. The flaking continued until the second day.

From the first day that it was treated, he could already feel itchiness in the mole and feels as if it tightens and continues until today, Day 4.

We still need to wait for 3 days more and we will surely keep you posted. Cross fingers as we are hoping for a good result!

Oh by the way, they also offer one year warranty! Once the mole comes back or if you’re not satisfied, you can have then treat you again and they also offer certificate for legal purposes since your mole is a part of your identity!

Stay tune!
